PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This product is mainly prepared by acrylic copolymer, pigments and auxiliaries, and has excellent resistance to alkali , water, scrub and mildew. The main advantages of advanced interior latex paint are simple construction, non-toxic and safe. What's more, the superiority of this emulsion paint is fast drying with strong adhesion.

Typical Uses:

It is designed for a wide range of interior wall decoration of residential buildings and public buildings, which can be applied on substrate such as cement mortar, concrete, and masonry. As the waterproof property of this product cannot meet the standard of outdoor use, it is merely suitable for interior.

Application Guide

● Mixing:

Ready to use.

● Thinner:

Clean water.

● Airless Spray:

Nozzle tip：0.017~0.023 inch.

Spray pressure：15~18 MPa.

Thinner ratio：0~10% (by weight of paint).

● Spray, brush, roller:

Recommended must achieve required thickness.

DRYING SCHEDULE

SURFACE TREATMENT

Surface treatment of each base layer: The quality of the coated cement slurry and concrete base layer shall comply with JGJ73-91 construction and acceptance specifications for building decoration engineering.

The surface of the substrate must be clean, dry, solid, free from oil and other dirt. The PI value is less than 10.

If there is an old coated wall, the loose, peeled, powdered coating should be removed and smoothed with sandpaper. In the case of moldy walls, wash the wall with 25% bleach hot water, leave the washing liquid on the surface for 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with water, dry for 48 hours before painting.

Surface pock and crevices should be coated with the company's construction materials putty. It is necessary to construct the treated wall as soon as possible after drying to avoid reontamination.

APPLICATION

Application conditions: Substrate temperature shall be at 3 °C higher than dew point, relative humidity less than 85%. Measurement of temperature and humidity should be close to substrate.

SAFETY AND HEALTH

Please refer to MSDS before using this product. If you do not fully understand the restrictions, or cannot follow MSDS directions strictly, do not use this product. This volatile product is flammable. Keep this product away from flame or fire. Smoking is strictly prohibited in working area. Keep working area ventilated during application to make sure solvent vapor content is low in the air. PPE is necessary to avoid this product contacting with eyes or skin. More detailed safety tips are based on practical situation.

Please handle used paint barrel correctly to avoid any pollution.

Storage:

Store this product in shady, dry, and ventilated warehouse. Storage temperature should be above 0℃. The shelf life is 12 months at room temperature. If exceeding shelf life, the products shall be tested before using.
