PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This product is composed of imported acrylic copolymer resin, high-quality pigments and fillers, many kinds of additives and low-tasting fat solvents. Meanwhile, the coating has excellent all-weather constructability, can be used at -10 ℃ to 40℃. In addition, this paint has excellent adhesion to the substrate, can be directly constructed on brick or cement substrates, or even wet cement substrates. What’s more, the coating film has good air permeability and excellent water, scrub and alkaline resistance. Besides, it also has great self-cleaning ability and long life span. Meanwhile, it is low-toxic, safe and easy for construction.

Typical Uses:

This product can be used for the protection and decoration of industrial plant, public or civil building external walls. Meanwhile, it is especially suitable for the protection and decoration of the exterior walls of high-rise buildings.

SURFACE TREATMENT

Surface treatment of each base course: the quality of the cement slurry and concrete base course shall conform to JGJ73-91 code for construction and acceptance of building decoration engineering. The base surface must be clean, dry, firm, free of grease and other dirt, with a PI value less than 10. For walls with old besmear film, if the film is loose, falling off and pulverized, it should be cleaned up, polished with sandpaper. In case of mildew on the wall, wash it with hot water containing 25% bleach. Leave the washing solution on the surface for 10 minutes. Then rinse the surface thoroughly with clean water. Dry it for 48 hours before applying. The surface and gap should be fixed with the company's construction paint special putty. The treated wall should be constructed as soon as it is dried, so as to avoid re-pollution.

APPLICATION

Application conditions: Substrate temperature shall be at 3 ℃ higher than dew point, relative humidity less than 85%. Measurement of temperature and humidity should be close to substrate.

SAFETY AND HEALTH

Please refer to MSDS before using this product. If you do not fully understand the restrictions, or cannot follow MSDS directions strictly, do not use this product. This volatile product is flammable. Keep this product away from flame or fire. Smoking is strictly prohibited in working area. Keep working area ventilated during application to make sure solvent vapor content is low in the air. PPE is necessary to avoid this product contacting with eyes or skin. More detailed safety tips are based on practical situation.

Please handle used paint barrel correctly to avoid any pollution.

Storage:

Store this product in shady, dry, and ventilated warehouse. The shelf life is 12 months at room temperature. If exceeding shelf life, the products shall be tested before using.
