PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This two-component pack product is mainly prepared by special resin, heat insulating and anti-rust pigment and organic solvent. The coating can effectively insulate and reflect heat to achieve cooling effect. Typically used for LPG tank, tank trunk, organic solvent storage or similar applications, to keep constant temperature and reduce risks from high temperature. Besides, this paint has excellent anti-corrosion and decoration function.

Typical Uses:

This paint is mainly used as heat reflective topcoat or intermediate coat for exterior of applications, for instance, metal oil tank, chemical pipeline, refrigerator truck and LPG container. Meanwhile, it can be applied on concrete, wood or steel surface for heat insulation and cooling purpose.

Application Guide

● Mixing:

Use the power mixer to mix the main paint evenly, and then as you stir it, you add the hardener until you get to mix well. Generally, if the temperature below 10 ℃, it needs 30 min induction time; if the temperature over 10℃, it needs 15 min induction time.

● Airless Spray:

Part A: Part B= 5:1 (by weight).

● Thinner:

Exclusive thinner.

● Spray, brush, roller:

Recommended must achieve required thickness.

SURFACE TREATMENT

A: A water-proof primer is necessary where long-term submersion in liquid or continuous exposure to moisture is a possibility.

B: The coating can be applied direct non-metal surface. Surface should be clean and free of any oil.

C: Rust, debris shall be removed if applied on metal surface.

APPLICATION

Application conditions: Substrate temperature shall be at 3 °C higher than dew point, relative humidity less than 85%. Measurement of temperature and humidity should be close to substrate.

SAFETY AND HEALTH

Please refer to MSDS before using this product. If you do not fully understand the restrictions, or cannot follow MSDS directions strictly, do not use this product. This volatile product is flammable. Keep this product away from flame or fire. Smoking is strictly prohibited in working area. Keep working area ventilated during application to make sure solvent vapor content is low in the air. PPE is necessary to avoid this product contacting with eyes or skin. More detailed safety tips are based on practical situation.

Please handle used paint barrel correctly to avoid any pollution.

Storage:

Store this product in shady, dry, and ventilated warehouse. The shelf life is 12 months at room temperature. If exceeding shelf life, the products shall be tested before using.
