PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Various Colors Alkyd Enamel is an anti-rust paint based on medium and long oil dry vegetable oil modified alkyd resin. It does not contain lead and is non-toxic therefore is safe to use. Besides, this product has strong adhesion, excellent anti-rust ability and nitro resistant ability. What’s more, under general climatic conditions, it has good durability.
Typical Uses:
This product is able to be used in the alkyd paint system on the internal and external surface of steel plate and wooden structure under mild to moderate corrosive environment.

SURFACE TREATMENT
All surfaces to be coated shall be clean and dry. The surface shall be evaluated and treated according to ISO8504 standard.
For bare steel, it shall be sandblasted to reach Sa2.5(iso8501-1:2007) standard. Depending on the environment of the non-immersed part, grinding with power tools is acceptable but shall at least reach St2(iso8501-1:2007) standard.
For shop primed steel, the shop primer shall be clean, dry and approved.
For surface painted coatings, this product can apply only to clean, dry and good compatible primer.
APPLICATION
Application conditions: Substrate temperature shall be at 3 ℃higher than dew point, relative humidity less than 85%. Measurement of temperature and humidity should be close to substrate.

SAFETY AND HEALTH
Please refer to MSDS before using this product. If you do not fully understand the restrictions, or cannot follow MSDS directions strictly, do not use this product. This volatile product is flammable. Keep this product away from flame or fire. Smoking is strictly prohibited in working area. Keep working area ventilated during application to make sure solvent vapor content is low in the air. PPE is necessary to avoid this product contacting with eyes or skin. More detailed safety tips are based on practical situation.
Please handle used paint barrel correctly to avoid any pollution.
Storage:
Store this product in shady, dry, and ventilated warehouse. The shelf life is 12 months at room temperature. If exceeding shelf life, the products shall be tested before using.
