PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This product is a kind of environmental friendly waterborne paint, which is made up of elastic acrylic copolymer compound with UV cross-linking and solidity function, high-quality pigments, fillers, and various additives. This durable and washable coating can keep elasticity in the temperature range of - 20 ℃ ~ + 40 ℃ for a long time, so as to cover the wall cracking and make the coating protected and anti-leakage. What’s more, with its cross-linking and solidity, the coating has special performance of resisting contaminants, water, acid rain, muggy, ensuring the neatness and cleanness of the wall.

Typical Uses:

This product can be used for concrete, cement mortar, plaster and other substrate especially for the maintenance and protection of walls with cracks(≤1.5mm).

Application Guide

● Mixing:

Ready to use.

● Airless Spray:

According to the decoration requirements, it can be divided into monochromatic primary coating and composite primary coating. If choose monochromatic primary coating: it can use both full spray and spot spray, and exclusive dual or triple spray gun. The same is true for composite primary coatings. Nozzle tip and spray pressure are selected according to the color matching.

SURFACE TREATMENT

Surface treatment of each base layer: The quality of the coated cement slurry and concrete base layer shall comply with JGJ73-91 construction and acceptance specifications for building decoration engineering.

The surface of the substrate must be clean, dry, solid, free from oil and other dirt. The PI value is less than 10. If there is an old coated wall, the loose, peeled, powdered coating should be removed and smoothed with sandpaper.

In the case of moldy walls, wash the wall with 25% bleach hot water, leave the washing liquid on the surface for 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with water, dry for 48 hours before painting. Surface pock and crevices should be coated with the company's construction materials putty. It is necessary to construct the treated wall as soon as possible after drying to avoid reontamination.

APPLICATION

Application conditions: Substrate temperature shall be at 3 °C higher than dew point, relative humidity less than 85%. Measurement of temperature and humidity should be close to substrate.

SAFETY AND HEALTH

Please refer to MSDS before using this product. If you do not fully understand the restrictions, or cannot follow MSDS directions strictly, do not use this product. This volatile product is flammable. Keep this product away from flame or fire. Smoking is strictly prohibited in working area. Keep working area ventilated during application to make sure solvent vapor content is low in the air. PPE is necessary to avoid this product contacting with eyes or skin. More detailed safety tips are based on practical situation.

Please handle used paint barrel correctly to avoid any pollution.

Storage:

Store this product in shady, dry, and ventilated warehouse. Storage temperature should be above 0℃. The shelf life is 12 months at room temperature. If exceeding shelf life, the products shall be tested before using.
