PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Acrylic Thick Film Finish is a single component physical drying coating based on acrylic resin and has great weather resistance as well as light and color retention. Besides, being a good choice for decoration, the paint is resistant to ocean water, aliphatic solvent and splash of animals and plants. More importantly, this product is able to dry quickly and be used in low temperature environment.

Typical Uses:

This product is highly recommended as topcoat for containers, steel structure and workshops. It is also commonly seen on equipment and bridges.

SURFACE TREATMENT

All surfaces to be coated shall be clean and dry. The surface shall be evaluated and treated according to ISO8504 standard.
For surface painted coatings, this product can apply only to clean, dry and good compatible primer.

APPLICATION

Application conditions: Substrate temperature shall be at 3 ℃higher than dew point, relative humidity less than 85%. Measurement of temperature and humidity should be close to substrate.

SAFETY AND HEALTH

Please refer to MSDS before using this product. If you do not fully understand the restrictions, or cannot follow MSDS directions strictly, do not use this product. This volatile product is flammable. Keep this product away from flame or fire. Smoking is strictly prohibited in working area. Keep working area ventilated during application to make sure solvent vapor content is low in the air. PPE is necessary to avoid this product contacting with eyes or skin. More detailed safety tips are based on practical situation.
Please handle used paint barrel correctly to avoid any pollution.

Storage:

Store this product in shady, dry, and ventilated warehouse. Under room temperature, the shelf life is 12 months. If exceeding shelf life, the products shall be tested before using.
