Prevention measures for blooms:
1) Choose pigments with good dispersion and mutual solubility;
2) Choose the appropriate solvent, in line with the process requirements of viscosity and film thickness;
3) the same type of paint should be used when mixing the compound color paint, and it is better to use the same type of paint produced by the same manufacturer;
4) Use good spray technology, spray pattern lap width should be kept certain, before and after lap degree is 1/4~1/3 of the effective spray
Remedy method: spray paint after the wet film appears flower phenomenon, to be slightly dry paint, and then correctly spray a paint;After drying, the body appears flower phenomenon, should be polished and repaired finish until drying.
