Thick film epoxy resin floor paint for all kinds of hall floors

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This product is a high solid two-component coating composed of modified epoxy resin, tinting filler, auxiliary agent and elastic polyacyl curing agent. Besides, this paint also needs to add wear-resistant filler before using in the field construction. Meanwhile, the paint film has excellent resistance to oil, corrosion, dust and impact. Furthermore, the film has high gloss, soft color, durability, elastic, etc.

Typical Uses:

This product is designed for decorative hall floor such as all kinds of industries production workshop floor, hotel, stadium, station, etc.

Application Guide

● Mixing:

Use the power mixer to mix the main paint evenly, and then as you stir it, you add the hardener until you get to mix well. Generally, if the temperature below 10 ℃, it needs 20 min induction time; if the temperature over 10℃, it needs 15 min induction time.

● Mixing Ratio:

Part A: Part B= 20: 5 (by weight).

DRYING SCHEDULE

SURFACE TREATMENT

a. Concrete grass-roots floor, first of all, must confirm whether the base surface concrete below whether there is a reliable moisture-proof facilities. New concrete or cement base at least 28 days of maintenance time, and its water content should not exceed 5%, using empirical methods to assess the water content of the base.
b. The grass-roots floor surface should be clean, solid and free of contaminants, such as mortar and paint sputtering, maintenance agents, grease, etc. For too much floating pulp, it is best to use light roughing, grinding. Oily ground, using electric angle grinder grinding.
c. The surface of the ground cracks, empty drums and other defects should be repaired and flat.
d. No matter what method is used to treat the surface, it must eventually be clean, solid and dry on the grass-roots surface. It is particularly important that the grass-roots level must not be in a state of rising moisture.
e. Grassroots clean-up, polished with a polishing machine.

APPLICATION

Application conditions: Substrate temperature shall be at 3 ℃ higher than dew point, relative humidity less than 85%. Measurement of temperature and humidity should be close to substrate.

Please refer to MSDS before using this product. If you do not fully understand the restrictions, or cannot follow MSDS directions strictly, do not use this product. This volatile product is flammable. Keep this product away from flame or fire. Smoking is strictly prohibited in working area. Keep working area ventilated during application to make sure solvent vapor content is low in the air. PPE is necessary to avoid this product contacting with eyes or skin. More detailed safety tips are based on practical situation.

Please handle used paint barrel correctly to avoid any pollution.

Storage:

Store this product in shady, dry, and ventilated warehouse. The shelf life is 12 months at room temperature. If exceeding shelf life, the products shall be tested before using.
