PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This product is a new environmentally friendly paint, which is composed of zinc powder and anti-corrosion resin. The content of zinc is above 95%, so that it has strong resistance to rust, impact and chemical corrosion. The main advantages of this paint are fast drying and cathodic.This product features:≥ 95 % zinc content ,cathodic protection,fast drying,good adhesion and great resistance to rust, chemical corrosion, impact.
Typical Uses:
This heavy anti-corrosion primer provides a cathodic protection layer in a wide range of industrial situations as:sea bridge,steel structure,Iron tower,boats & shipyard,steel pipelines,machinery.
Application Guide
● Mixing: Mix by power stirrer to ensure it is mixed completely.
● Thinner: Cold galvanizing compound exclusive thinner ≤ 10 % w./w.
● Airless Spray:
Nozzle tip: 0.025~0.031 inch.
Spray pressure: 18~28 MPa.
Thinner ratio: 5~15% (by weight of paint).
● Brush, Roller:
Not recommended.
● Roll Coating:
Not recommended.

SURFACE TREATMENT
All surface to be coated shall be clean and dry. The surface shall be evaluated and treated according to ISO8504 standard.
Steel: Sanding to Sa2.5 (ISO8501-1:2007). It is acceptable to polish by power tools to meet at least St2.0(ISO8501-1:2007).
Steel with shop primer: clean, dry, sound and approved shop primer.
Painted surfaces: only on clean, dry and sound compatible primers.
APPLICATION
Application conditions: Substrate temperature shall be at 3 ℃ higher than dew point, relative humidity less than 85%. Measurement of temperature and humidity should be close to substrate.

SAFETY AND HEALTH
Please refer to MSDS before using this product. If you do not fully understand the restrictions, or cannot follow MSDS directions strictly, do not use this product. This volatile product is flammable. Keep this product away from flame or fire. Smoking is strictly prohibited in working area. Keep working area ventilated during application to make sure solvent vapor content is low in the air. PPE is necessary to avoid this product contacting with eyes or skin. More detailed safety tips are based on practical situation.
Please handle used paint barrel correctly to avoid any pollution.
Storage:
Store this product in shady, dry, and ventilated warehouse away from fire and heat. The shelf life is 12 months at room temperature.
