This product is a high solid two-component paint which is composed of modified epoxy resin, coloring face fillers, conductive metal powder, elastic polyamide curing agent, etc. In addition, this paint also needs to add wear fillers before use. Meanwhile, the Paint film has excellent oil resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance and anti-static effect long-lasting.
It is designed for walls, floors and storage tanks of the anti-static factories such as the electronic, microelectronic, communication and computer. Besides, the types of foregoing factories also include precision instrument, textile, printing, powder, etc.
Use the power mixer to mix the main paint evenly, and then as you stir it, you add the hardener until you get to mix well. Generally, if the temperature below 10 ℃, it needs 20 min induction time; if the temperature over 10℃, it needs 15 min induction time.

All surface to be coated shall be clean and dry. The surface shall be evaluated and treated according to ISO8504 standard.
Steel: Sanding to Sa2.5 (ISO8501-1:2007). It is acceptable to polish by power tools to meet at least St2.0(ISO8501-1:2007).
Concrete surface treatment:
a. First of all, it is necessary to confirm whether reliable damp-proof facilities are installed below the concrete base. The new concrete or cement base should be cured for at least 28 days, and its moisture content should not exceed 5%. The moisture content of the base should be evaluated by empirical method.
b. The base surface should be clean, solid and pollution-free, such as slurry and paint splashing, curing agent, grease and so on. For excessive float pulp, it is better to first use slight roughing, polishing, oil-stained ground, using electric angle grinder to polish.
c. The cracks and empty drum on the floor surface should be repaired first.
d. Whatever method is used to treat the surface, a clean, solid and dry base surface must be obtained. It is especially important that the grassroots should not be in a state of rising tide.
e. The base layer is cleaned and sanded with a sander.
Application conditions: Substrate temperature shall be at 3 ℃ higher than dew point, relative humidity less than 85%. Measurement of temperature and humidity should be close to substrate.
Epoxy Sealing Primer: 1*30 µm (dry film thickness)
Epoxy Putty: 1~2mm (dry film thickness)
Anti-static Floor Paint: 100 µm(dry film thickness)
SAFETY AND HEALTH
Please refer to MSDS before using this product. If you do not fully understand the restrictions, or cannot follow MSDS directions strictly, do not use this product. This volatile product is flammable. Keep this product away from flame or fire. Smoking is strictly prohibited in working area. Keep working area ventilated during application to make sure solvent vapor content is low in the air. PPE is necessary to avoid this product contacting with eyes or skin. More detailed safety tips are based on practical situation.
Please handle used paint barrel correctly to avoid any pollution.
Store this product in shady, dry, and ventilated warehouse. The shelf life is 12 months at room temperature. If exceeding shelf life, the products shall be tested before using.
