200℃ Water-based High-Temperature Resistant Paint for steel chimney and exhaust pipe
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This product is composed of water-based silicone resin, temperature-resistant anti-corrosion pigments and titanium dioxide. Besides, it has other ingredients such as talcum powder, additives, film-forming agents etc.
Typical Uses:
This product is designed for high-temperature resistant mark coating of the steel chimney. Meanwhile, it is also suitable for high-temperature parts of anti-corrosion like the flue, baking and exhaust pipe. Besides, these high-temperature parts also include the boiler, equipment and steel structure.

SURFACE TREATMENT
All surfaces to be coated shall be clean and dry. The surface shall be evaluated and treated according to ISO8504 standard.
Coated surface: applied on clean, dry and undamaged primer only.
APPLICATION
Application conditions: Substrate temperature shall be at 3 ℃higher than dew point, relative humidity less than 85%. Measurement of temperature and humidity should be close to substrate.

SAFETY AND HEALTH
Please refer to MSDS before using this product. If you do not fully understand the restrictions, or cannot follow MSDS directions strictly, do not use this product. This volatile product is flammable. Keep this product away from flame or fire. Smoking is strictly prohibited in working area. Keep working area ventilated during application to make sure solvent vapor content is low in the air. PPE is necessary to avoid this product contacting with eyes or skin. More detailed safety tips are based on practical situation.
Please handle used paint barrel correctly to avoid any pollution.
Storage:
Store this product in shady, dry, and ventilated warehouse. Storage temperature above 0℃, the shelf life is 12 months at room temperature. If exceeding shelf life, the products shall be tested before using.
