PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This product is composed of hybrid resin, acid-resistant filler, corrosion-resistant filler and organic solvent. Meanwhile, this paint has the thick film, good elasticity, good bending, small shrinkage, etc. Besides, it also has excellent resistance to salt fog, acid and alkali solution (including hydrofluoric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid and so on). Furthermore, it is a high-performance long-acting anticorrosive coating which can withstand 220℃ for a long time, and at this high temperature, the performance of rapid cooling and rapid heating is good and the film to a variety of corrosive media has excellent resistance to permeability, water and chemical. What’s more, this coating also combines the strong adhesion, wear-resisting, high mechanical strength, long corrosion prevention period, etc.

Substrate temperature shall be at 3 ℃ higher than dew point, relative humidity less than 85%. Measurement of temperature and humidity should be close to substrate.
