PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This product is a two-component thick film coating composed of epoxy resin, glass scales and pigments. Meanwhile, it also contains additives, solvents, and amine adder curing agent. In addition, the paint film has excellent permeability to various corrosive media, water resistance and chemical resistance.

Typical Uses:

This product is designed for marine engineering facilities such as offshore platform, ship oil pipeline, large pressure steel pipe of hydropower station and wharf steel pile. Meanwhile, it is also suitable for heavy corrosion protection of steel structures or concrete surfaces such as bridges, gates, ballast tanks, gas pipelines, etc.

Mixing	Use the power mixer to mix the main paint evenly, and then as you stir it, you add the hardener until you get to mix well
Thinner	Exclusive epoxy paint thinner Thinner ratio: 0%~15% (by weight of paint)
Mixing ratio	Part A: Part B = 20:5 (by weight)
Thinner	Epoxy paint special thinner Thinner ratio: 0~15% (by weight of paint)
Brush, Roller	Recommended Must achieve required thickness.

Substrate temperature shall be 3 ℃ higher than dew point with relative humidity below 85%. Measurement of temperature and humidity should be conducted close to substrate.
