PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This two-component thick film coating is composed of epoxy resin, amine adduct curing agent, glass flakes, pigment, etc. Significantly, its film has excellent impermeability, strong adhesion and high mechanical strength. Besides, it also has great resistance to abrasion, cracks, vibrations. Furthermore, this paint can exceedingly withstand water and chemicals, with long-term anti-corrosion performance.

Typical Uses:

This product is used as the heavy anti-corrosion coating for marine engineering facilities, offshore platforms, oil pipelines, and large-scale penstocks of hydroelectric stations. Meanwhile, it is also suitable for bridges, gates, gas cabinets, buried pipelines, etc.

PRODUCT APPLICATION GUIDE

Mixing	Use the power mixer to mix the main paint evenly, and then as you stir it, you add the hardener until you get to mix well. Generally, if the temperature below 10℃, it needs 30 min induction time; if the temperature over 10 ℃, it needs 15 min induction time.
Thinner	Exclusive epoxy paint thinner Thinner ratio: 5%~15% (by weight of paint)
Mixing ratio	Part A: Part B = 25:3
Airless spray	Nozzle tip: 0.018~0.027inches Spray pressure: 15~18Mpa Thinner ratio: 5~15% (by weight of paint)

PRODUCT APPLICATION

Substrate temperature shall be 3 ℃ higher than dew point with relative humidity below 85%. Measurement of temperature and humidity should be conducted close to substrate.
