The product is composed of vinaigrel copolymer emulsion, high quality pigment and a variety of additives. Meanwhile, it has excellent alkali resistance, water resistance, washing resistance and mildew resistance. Besides, this coating also combines the strong adhesion, simple construction, quick drying, non-toxic, etc.

Typical Uses:

The product can be used for the substrate surface such as the concrete, cement mortar and plaster. Besides, it is also suitable for civil residential and public buildings of interior decoration.

SURFACE TREATMENT

Surface treatment of each base course: the quality of the cement slurry and concrete base course shall conform to JGJ73-91 code for construction and acceptance of building decoration engineering. The base surface must be clean, dry, firm, free of grease and other dirt, with a PI value less than 10. If have the metope of old besmear film, answer will loose, fall off, the besmear film that powdery is cleared clean, grind with sandpaper level off. In case of mildew on the wall, wash with 25% bleach in hot water. Leave the washing solution on the surface for 10 minutes. Then rinse surface thoroughly with clean water, surface should dry for 48 hours before applying. The surface and gap should be coated with the company's construction materials special putty wipe flat. After the treatment of the wall, the wall should be dry as soon as possible after the construction, so as to avoid re-pollution.

APPLICATION

Application conditions: Substrate temperature shall be at 3℃ higher than dew point, relative humidity less than 85%. Measurement of temperature and humidity should be close to substrate.

This volatile product is flammable. Keep this product away from flame or fire. Smoking is strictly prohibited in working area. Keep working area ventilated during application to make sure solvent vapor content is low in the air. PPE is necessary to avoid this product contacting with eyes or skin. More detailed safety tips are based on practical situation.

Please handle used paint barrel correctly to avoid any pollution.

Storage:

Store this product in shady, dry, and ventilated warehouse. Storage temperature above 0℃, the shelf life is 12 months at room temperature. If exceeding shelf life, the products shall be tested before using.
