PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

High performance Waterborne Acrylic Finish Paint for metal surface such as the bridge and container 6

The product is composed of water-based acrylic resin, weather-resistant, corrosion-resistant filler and water. This product uses water as the dispersing medium, has no ignition point at room temperature, does not burn or explode, the construction process and the coating film forming process all does not have the poisonous harmful substance to produce, conforms to the environmental protection request. Meanwhile, it has excellent water resistance, thick coating, waterproof, weatherproof, anti-flash rust, etc. Besides, this coating has low VOC, and with most of the water and oil primer matching performance. What’s more, this paint film is compact, has excellent water resistance and heat resistance. Furthermore, the film also combines the high hardness, excellent resistance to chemical corrosion, excellent aging resistance and excellent uv resistance.

Typical Uses:

The product is used with epoxy primer, mainly used as the heavy anticorrosive coating for the bridge and container. Besides, it is also applicable to metal surface such as all kinds of light industrial products, electromechanical or instrument, etc.

● Mixing:

● Thinner ratio:

Add water according to the weight of original paint 10% or so, or make right amount adjustment according to specific situation, the maximum amount is no more than 20% .

● Airless spray:

Nozzle tip: 0.017~0.023 inches

Spray pressure: 15~18Mpa

Spray viscosity: 60-80s

● Brush, Roller:

Roller coating viscosity: 70-100s (Tu-4 cup, 23±2°C)

Brush with a soft wool brush and wool roller

SURFACE TREATMENT

All surfaces to be coated shall be clean and dry. The surface shall be evaluated and treated according to ISO8504 standard.
For surface painted coatings, this product can apply only to clean, dry and good compatible primer.

APPLICATION

Application conditions: Substrate temperature shall be at 3 ℃higher than dew point, relative humidity less than 85%. Measurement of temperature and humidity should be close to substrate.

Please refer to MSDS before using this product. If you do not fully understand the restrictions, or cannot follow MSDS directions strictly, do not use this product. This volatile product is flammable. Keep this product away from flame or fire. Smoking is strictly prohibited in working area. Keep working area ventilated during application to make sure solvent vapor content is low in the air. PPE is necessary to avoid this product contacting with eyes or skin. More detailed safety tips are based on practical situation.
Please handle used paint barrel correctly to avoid any pollution.

Storage:

Store this product in shady, dry, and ventilated warehouse. Storage temperature above 0℃, the shelf life is 12 months at room temperature. If exceeding shelf life, the products shall be tested before using.
