PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

It is a two-component primer/ finish made up of modified resin, hydroxy resin, filler, curing agent, auxiliary agent and solvent. The primer, a kind of anti-rust coating with high shielding property, is provided with great resistance to heat and corrosion. Besides, this glossy coating has strong adhesion, good sealing performance and good compatibility. The finish, which is hard and glossy, has excellent performance in resisting oil, water, acid and alkali. Furthermore, with great insulation performance,the anti-corrosive coating is hard to be powdered in outdoor exposure for a long time.

Typical Uses:

This product is typically designed for concrete, non-ferrous metal, as well as various steel structure. Meanwhile, it is suitable for chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power industry, bridges, gas cabinets, iron towers, etc.

Application Guide

● Mixing:

Use the power mixer to mix the main paint evenly, and then as you stir it, you add the hardener until you get to mix well.

●Mixing ratio:

Primer:Part A: Part B = 25:5 (by weight)

Topcoat: Part A: Part B = 20:5 (by weight)

●Thinner:

Exclusive thinner

●Airless spray:

Nozzle tip: 0.017~0.023inches

Spray pressure: 15~18Mpa

Thinner ratio: 5~15% (by weight of paint)

● Brush, Roller:

Recommended must achieve required thickness.

APPLICATION

Application conditions: Substrate temperature shall be 3 ℃ higher than dew point with relative humidity below 85%. Measurement of temperature and humidity should be conducted close to substrate.

SURFACE TREATMENT

The surface to be coated shall be clean, dry and free from contaminations. Also, the surface shall be evaluated and treated according to ISO8504 standard.

Bare steel: sandblasting to reach Sa2.5(IOS8501-1:2007). For the non-soaking site, acceptable for power tool grinding, at least reach St2(IOS8501-1:2007).

Steel with shop primer: only apply to clean, dry, sound and approved shop primer.

Painted surface: only apply to clean, dry and intact compatible primer.

SAFETY AND HEALTH

Please refer to MSDS before using this product. If you do not fully understand the restrictions, or cannot follow MSDS directions strictly, do not use this product. This volatile product is flammable. Keep this product away from flame or fire. Smoking is strictly prohibited in working area. Keep working area ventilated during application to make sure solvent vapor content is low in the air. PPE is necessary to avoid this product contacting with eyes or skin. More detailed safety tips are based on practical situation.

Please handle used paint barrel correctly to avoid any pollution.

Storage:

Store this product in shady, dry, and ventilated warehouse. The shelf life is 12 months at room temperature. If exceeding shelf life, the products shall be tested before using.
