* The surface must be solid, clean and dry, free from efflorescence, dust, oils and other contaminants. Also, the surface PH must be lower than 10.
* Deteriorated previous coatings, weak, friable & blistered paints or chalky substances should be removed and then smooth it thoroughly.
* If any, rinse moldy walls with hot bleaching agent for 10 minutes, and then flush it with tap water thoroughly. Apply this product within 48 hours after surface dried.

PRODUCT APPLICATION
Substrate temperature shall be at 3 ℃ higher than dew point, relative humidity less than 85%. Measurement of temperature and humidity should be close to substrate.
