1.Base material processing

1)Base material sandblasting derusting to Sa 2.5 level

2)Manual rust removal to St 3.0 level

2.Environmental conditions

1)The ambient temperature is between -5℃ and 35℃

2)Humidity ≦ 85%

3.Application way

1)The workpiece is small, the finish is small, using brushing and rolling coating.

2)The workpiece is large, the finish is large ,using airless spraying.

4.Nozzle diameter: 0.017-0.023Inch

5.Spray gun pressure:15-18Mpa

6.Attentions: The amount of paint and pressure to be matched, the small pressure will rusult in the hanging; the large pressure will result in the dry shotcrete.
