PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Fluorocarbon Finish is a two-component fluorocarbon resin finish paint which is curable at room temperature. As it is strongly adhesive and brush-resistant, it is able to well retain its luster and color. In addition, due to its low surface energy, the paint film is anti-fouling and easy to clean.
Typical Uses:
This product is mostly applied to top of epoxy coating in various environments such as offshore facilities, petrochemical plants and bridges. It can be used in pulp mills, paper factories and power plant too. Besides, it is also seen in epoxy system which protects concrete structure. Avoiding adopting multiple coating methods is recommended to obtain the best luster and appearance.

SURFACE TREATMENT
All surfaces to be coated shall be clean and dry. The surface shall be evaluated and treated according to ISO8504 standard.
For bare steel, it shall be sandblasted to reach Sa2.5(iso8501-1:2007) standard. Depending on the environment of the non-immersed part, grinding with power tools is acceptable but shall at least reach St2(iso8501-1:2007) standard.
For shop primed steel, the shop primer shall be clean, dry and approved.
For surface painted coatings, this product can apply only to clean, dry and good compatible primer.
APPLICATION
Application conditions: Substrate temperature shall be at 3 ℃higher than dew point, relative humidity less than 80%. Measurement of temperature and humidity should be close to substrate.
