PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This two components paint is composed of organosilicon resin, heat-resistant and anti-corrosive pigments, fillers, additives and curing agent, etc. This paint film has excellent resistance to heat, rapid temperature change, long-term high temperature up to 200 oC. Meanwhile, it has strong resistance to corrosion, chemical atmosphere, aging, water, etc. It is a kind of cross-linked ambient curing paint, features with drying fast, electrical insulation, easy to apply, and good compatibility with inorganic zinc silicate heat resistant primer.
 
Typical Uses:
This product is greatly compatible to inorganic zinc silicate primer. It is designed as the heat-resistant marking coating for steel chimney. Meanwhile, it is used for flue, drying channel, exhaust pipe, etc.

Mixing

Use the power mixer to mix the main paint evenly, and then as you stir it, you add the hardener until you to mix the paint well. 

Mixing Ratio

Part A: Part B= 20:2 (by weight)

Thinner

Exclusive thinner for heat-resistant paint

Airless spray

Nozzle tip:0.017~0.023inch

Spray pressure15~18MPa

Thinner ratio:5~15% (by weight of paint)

BrushRoller 

Recommended for small areas only. 

Must achieve required thickness.

Roller coater

Not recommended.
