PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Advanced Architectural Emulsion Sealing Primer is an exclusive sealing primer composed of acrylic copolymer emulsion and various additives. It has strong resistance to alkali and water. Besides, the paint has excellent permeability and adhesion to the substrate. What’s more, it is nontoxic and dries fast, very safe and easy for construction.

Typical Uses:

This product is not easily to be powdered so it can be used in outdoor environment for a long time. It is typically used on cement, concrete cement asbestos boards and other base materials. Using this sealing primer before applying the indoor or outdoor emulsion paint will greatly increase the coating’s adhesion to the substrate. Avoiding multiple coating methods can help to achieve the best color and gloss.

SURFACE TREATMENT

The quality of the water slurry and concrete base to be painted shall conform to JGJ73-91 Code for Construction and Evaluation of Building Decoration. The surface of the base must be clean, dry and firm, free from oil or other dirt with its PI value less than 10. If there is remaining coating on the wall, the loose,peeling and powdered parts should be removed and polished with sandpaper. If there is mildew, wash it with hot water adding 25% bleaching agent, keep the

water on the surface for 10min, then wash it thoroughly with clear water, dry it for 48hours before painting. The pitted surface and gap shall be repaired with our exclusive putty for architectural paint. The treated wall shall be painted as soon as possible to avoid re-pollution.

APPLICATION

Application conditions: Substrate temperature shall be at 3 °C higher than dew point, relative humidity less than 85%. Measurement of temperature and humidity should be close to substrate.

SAFETY AND HEALTH

Please refer to MSDS before using this product. If you do not fully understand the restrictions, or cannot follow MSDS directions strictly, do not use this product. This volatile product is flammable. Keep this product away from flame or fire. Smoking is strictly prohibited in working area. Keep working area ventilated during application to make sure solvent vapor content is low in the air. PPE is necessary to avoid this product contacting with eyes or skin. More detailed safety tips are based on practical situation.

Please handle used paint barrel correctly to avoid any pollution.

Storage:

Store this product in shady, dry, and ventilated warehouse. Storage temperature should be above 0℃. The shelf life is 12 months at room temperature. If exceeding shelf life, the products shall be tested before using.
