This two-component product is mainly composed of hydrogenated acrylic resin, added with silicon modified resin, sun-resistant pigments, fillers, additives, curing agent, organic solvent, etc. It is provided with excellent resistance to weathering, various corrosion, water, heat, cold, ion radiation, etc. With bright film, the product has great light and color retention as well as outstanding construction performance. On top of that, the fast-drying paint can be applied at low temperature.
This product is widely used to mark and protect concrete chimney, transmission pole and other high-altitude structures.

The surface to be coated shall be clean, dry and free from contaminations. Also, the surface shall be evaluated and treated according to ISO8504 standard.
Bare steel: sandblasting to reach Sa2.5(IOS8501-1:2007). For the non-soaking site, acceptable for power tool grinding, at least reach St2(IOS8501-1:2007).
Steel painted shop primer: apply to clean, dry, intact and approved primer.
Painted surface: only apply to clean, dry and intact compatible primer.
Surface treatment for concrete:
A: For the concrete base floor, first ensure reliable moisture-proof facilities are set below the base concrete. New concrete or the cement base shall be cured for at least 28 days with moisture content not exceeding 5%. The moisture content shall be evaluated empirically.
B: The surface of the base shall be clean, firm and free from contaminants such as mortar paint splashes, curing agent, grease, etc. It’s better to roughly polish the excessive floating pulp and grind the oily ground with electric angle grinder.
C: Defects such as cracks and drums shall be repaired first.
D: The surface shall be clean, firm and dry whatever methods are used to treat it. Above all, the surface shall not be in the state of rising moisture.
E: The base layer shall be cleaned and burnished with a grinder.
Application conditions: Substrate temperature shall be at 3 ℃ higher than dew point, relative humidity less than 85%. Measurement of temperature and humidity should be close to substrate.

Please refer to MSDS before using this product. If you do not fully understand the restrictions, or cannot follow MSDS directions strictly, do not use this product. This volatile product is flammable. Keep this product away from flame or fire. Smoking is strictly prohibited in working area. Keep working area ventilated during application to make sure solvent vapor content is low in the air. PPE is necessary to avoid this product contacting with eyes or skin. More detailed safety tips are based on practical situation.
Please handle used paint barrel correctly to avoid any pollution.
Store this product in shady, dry, and ventilated warehouse away from fire and heat. The shelf life is 12 months at room temperature.
