This product is based on the corrosion-resistant epoxy resin and amino resin. Meanwhile, this paint is composed of composite conductive fillers, anti-static agents and additives. Furthermore, it has excellent adhesion, flexibility, impact and oil resistance. What’s more, this coating is suitable for crude oil, 95/130 aviation gasoline, aviation kerosene ,40# engine oil, 120# gasoline, etc. In addition, it has no effect on the quality of oil (glial ≤7 mg/100mg), the film has electrical conductivity, which can prevent oil products from accidents caused by electrostatic accumulation during storage and transportation.
This paint is designed for the anti-static and anti-corrosion protection for the inner wall of the storage tanks and cabin which are loaded with crude oil, gasoline, aviation oil, kerosene, etc. Besides, this product can also be used in other application areas where electrostatic coating is required.
Use the power mixer to mix the main paint evenly, and then as you stir it, you add the hardener until you get to mix well.

All surfaces to be coated shall be clean and dry. The surface shall be evaluated and treated according to ISO8504 standard.
Steel: Sanding to Sa2.5 (ISO8501-1:2007). It is acceptable to polish by power tools to meet at least St2.0 (ISO8501-1:2007).
Steel coated with workshop primer: make sure workshop primer surface is clean, dry and undamaged.
Coated surface: applied on clean, dry and undamaged primer only.
Application conditions: Substrate temperature shall be at 3oC higher than dew point, relative humidity less than 85%. Measurement of temperature and humidity should be close to substrate.
Epoxy Sealing Primer: 1*30 µm (dry film thickness)
Epoxy Putty: 1~2mm (dry film thickness)
Anti-static Solvent-free Self-leveling Epoxy Floor Paint: 1*1mm(dry film thickness)
SAFETY AND HEALTH
Please refer to MSDS before using this product. If you do not fully understand the restrictions, or cannot follow MSDS directions strictly, do not use this product. The coating is a water-based coating. Water-based solvent has mild eye irritation, upper respiratory tract irritation, long-term close contact with dry skin, etc. Proper ventilation and precautionary measures must be in place. PPE is necessary to avoid this product contacting with eyes or skin. More detailed safety tips are based on practical situation.
Please handle used paint barrel correctly to avoid any pollution.
Store this product in shady, dry, and ventilated warehouse. The shelf life is 12 months at room temperature. If exceeding shelf life, the products shall be tested before using.
