Compound Relief Latex Liquid Coating Intermediate Paint

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This product is composed of acrylic copolymer emulsion, silica sol, pigment, filler and a variety of additives. Meanwhile, it has moderate consistency, good construction performance, strong adhesion between substrate and surface coating after coating is dried. Besides, this coating also has good alkali resistance and water resistance. What’s more, this paint is non-toxic and safe.

Typical Uses:

This product is designed for the intermediate aggregate which needs to form a concave and convex coating such as the industrial plant, civil or public building walls, ceiling and asbestos board.

Application Guide

Nozzle tip diameter: 4-10mm, after touch dry, use a smooth rubber roll to flatten the convex surface

DRYING SCHEDULE

SURFACE TREATMENT

Surface treatment of each base course: the quality of the cement slurry and concrete base

course shall conform to JGJ73-91 code for construction and acceptance of building decoration engineering. The base surface must be clean, dry, firm, free of grease and other dirt, with a PI value less than 10. For walls with old besmear film, if the film is loose, falling off and pulverized, it should be cleaned up, polished with sandpaper. In case of mildew on the wall, wash it with hot water containing 25% bleach. Leave the washing solution on the surface for 10 minutes. Then rinse the surface thoroughly with clean water. Dry it for 48 hours before applying. The surface and gap should be fixed with the company's construction paint special putty. The treated wall should be constructed as soon as it is dried, so as to avoid re-pollution.

APPLICATION

Application conditions: Substrate temperature shall be at 3^oC higher than dew point, relative humidity less than 85%. Measurement of temperature and humidity should be close to substrate..

Please refer to MSDS before using this product. If you do not fully understand the restrictions, or cannot follow MSDS directions strictly, do not use this product. With low VOC volatilization, this coating is waterborne, safe and environmental friendly. Specific security measures depend on the construction and working environment. PPE is necessary to avoid this product contacting with eyes or skin. More detailed safety tips are based on practical situation.

Please handle used paint barrel correctly to avoid any pollution.

Storage:

Store this product in shady, dry, and ventilated warehouse away from heat sources. Storage temperature should be above 0 ℃. At room temperature, the shelf life is 6 months. If exceeding shelf life, the product shall be tested before using.
