The indoor temperature should be controlled at l0～35℃ and the relative humidity should not be greater than 85%. If the relative humidity is too high, it should be dehumidified. It is necessary to strictly control the construction viscosity, spraying distance, spray tower connection range, etc., and strictly follow the process requirements to avoid sagging, bottoming, biting, orange peel, particles, shrinkage and other paint film defects.

  4. During the drying process, the heating rate and drying temperature should be properly controlled to ensure a clean drying environment. The paint film must not be splashed with water droplets before drying to avoid wrinkling, loss of gloss, pinholes, bubbles, discoloration, and turtles. Crack and so on.
