PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This product is a two-component cross-linked anti-corrosive paint composed of chlorosulfonated polythene rubber, epoxy resin, stabilizer, organic solvent, etc. It has the advantages of both epoxy and chlorosulfonated polythene, therefore, it dries fast and has strong adhesion, high strength and compact paint film structure. Besides, it has thicker paint film than chlorosulfonated polythene. Being an ideal material for equipment corroded by chemical industry, the paint’s other advantages include damp and heat resistance, salt spray resistance, weather and aging resistance, as well as resistance to chemical medium like acid, alkali and salt.
Typical Uses:
This product is widely used in chemical industry, metallurgy, ports, docks, bridges, electric power and other steel structure equipment, pipelines, iron towers, walls and other equipment and facilities suffering from chemical atmospheric corrosion. In addition, it can also be used for the internal and external walls of acid, alkali and salt storage tanks, urea, ammonium nitrate prilling tower, workshop, walls of warehouses, floor and various equipment corroded by chemical medium. What’s more, it is recommended to be applied in reservoir, cooling tower, sewage pool and sluice.

SURFACE TREATMENT
All surface to be coated shall be clean and dry. The surface shall be evaluated and treated according to ISO8504 standard.
For bare steel, it shall be sandblasted to reach Sa2.5(iso8501-1:2007) standard. Depending on the environment of the non-immersed part, grinding with power tools is acceptable but shall at least reach St2(iso8501-1:2007) standard.
For shop primed steel, the shop primer shall be clean, dry and approved.
For surface painted coatings, this product can apply only to clean, dry and good compatible primer.
APPLICATION
Application conditions: Substrate temperature shall be at 3℃ higher than dew point, relative humidity less than 85%. Measurement of temperature and humidity should be close to substrate.
