Epoxy Sealing Primer is a two component product based on epoxy resin, added with polyamide curing agent. It has the physical properties of strong adhesion, flexibility, wear and impact resistance. What’s more, this product is also able to endure alkali, water, oil and chemical destruction.

This product is mostly applied on top of epoxy painting in various environments such as offshore facilities, petrochemical plants and bridges. It can be used in pulp mills, paper factories and power plant too. Besides, it is also seen in epoxy system which protects concrete structu

PRODUCT PARAMETER

Mixingv	Use the power mixer to mix the main paint evenly, and then add the hardener and stir until it is well mixed. Generally speaking, when the temperature is below 10℃, 30min will be waited before you use it; 15min when it is above 10℃.
Mixing ratio	Part A: Part B= 18:9 (by weight)
Thinner	X-7 Epoxy thinner
Airless spray	Nozzle tip: 0.021~0.025 inches Spray pressure: 15~18Mpa Thinner ratio: 0~15% (by weight of paint)
Brush、Roller	Recommended for small areas only. Must achieve required thickness.

PRODUCT APPLICATION

Substrate temperature shall be at 3 ℃ higher than dew point, relative humidity less than 85%. Measurement of temperature and humidity should be close to substrate.
