PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Epoxy Zinc Rich Primer 4

Epoxy Zinc Rich Primer is a two-component product based on epoxy resin, added with superfine zinc powder and polyamide curing agent. In accordance with the class 1, class2 and class 3 in HG/T3668-2009 type II, it is highly corrosion-resistant, highly anti-rust and has strong adhesion. Besides, it has the characteristics of small burn area during welding and cutting. As it is also oil, water and solvent resistant, it can be used with most anti-rust paints and finish coatings.

Typical Uses:

This product is widely used on sandblasted steel surface. Matched with suitable coatings, its corruption-resistant ability can be improved. It is highly recommended for steel pipes, storage tanks, steel structures, containers, etc.

PRODUCT PARAMETER

Mixingv	Use the power mixer to mix the main paint evenly, and then add the hardener and stir until it is well mixed. Generally, if the temperature below 10℃, it needs 30 min induction time; if the temperature over 10℃, it needs 15 min induction time.

PRODUCT APPLICATION

Substrate temperature shall be at 3 ℃ higher than dew point, relative humidity less than 85%. Measurement of temperature and humidity should be close to substrate.
