PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This product is composed by grinding alkyd resin, red lead powder, extender pigment, drier and organic solvent. Significantly, it is provided with excellent performance in rust-resistance and film hardness. Besides, compared with oil-based red lead paint, this coating is more fast-drying. Furthermore, it has low requirements for rust removal.
Typical Uses:
This product can be applied as rust-resistant primer for ferrous metal such as bridges, steel structures, iron towers, vehicles, etc.

SURFACE TREATMENT
The surface to be coated shall be clean, dry and free from contamination. Also, the surface shall be evaluated and treated according to ISO8504 standard.
Bare steel: sandblasting to reach Sa2.5(IOS8501-1:2007). For the non-soaking site, acceptable for power tool grinding, at least reach St2(IOS8501-1:2007).
Painted surface: only apply to clean, dry and intact compatible primer.
APPLICATION
Application conditions: Substrate temperature shall be at 3 ℃ higher than dew point, relative humidity less than 85%. Measurement of temperature and humidity should be close to substrate.

This volatile product is flammable. Keep this product away from flame or fire. Smoking is strictly prohibited in working area. Keep working area ventilated during application to make sure solvent vapor content is low in the air. PPE is necessary to avoid this product contacting with eyes or skin. More detailed safety tips are based on practical situation.
Please handle used paint barrel correctly to avoid any pollution.
Storage:
Store this product in shady, dry, and ventilated warehouse. Under room temperature, its shelf life is 12 months. If exceeding shelf life, the products shall be tested before using.
