PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This product is mainly prepared by elastic acrylic copolymer, modified resin, pigments and fillers, and auxiliaries, and has strong resistance to ozone, sunlight aging and chemical corrosion. It combines high flexibility and long durability. Meanwhile, it keep elasticity with temperature range -25℃-80℃.

Typical Uses:

This product can be applied on concrete, cement mortar, plaster and other substrate. In addition, it is mainly designed for the decoration of interior and exterior walls as well as the special finish coating for composite embossed latex paint.

Application Guide

Part A: Part B= 5:1 (by weight).

Nozzle tip：0.017~0.023 inch.

Spray pressure：15~18 MPa.

Thinner ratio：0~10% (by weight of paint).

Recommended must achieve required thickness.

DRYING SCHEDULE

SURFACE TREATMENT

The quality of cement mortar and concrete base shall conform to JGJ73-9Construction acceptance code for architectural decoration engineering. With the PH value less than 10, the base surface must be clean, dry, solid and free from oil and other dirt. In case of old coating film wall, the loose, detached and powder coating shall be removed. Besides, the surface shall be smooth by burnished. In case of wall with mildew, wash the wall with hot water containing 25% bleach, and leave the detergent on the surface for 10 minutes. Then rinse the surface thoroughly with clean water, and coat it after drying for 48 hours. In addition, use the exclusive putty for construction materials of the company to fill the gap and smooth the rough surface. Furthermore, please paint after the wall is dry as soon as possible to avoid re-contamination.

APPLICATION

Application conditions:Substrate temperature shall be 3 ℃ higher than dew point with relative humidity below 85%. Measurement of temperature and humidity should be conducted close to substrate.

SAFETY AND HEALTH

Please refer to MSDS before using this product. If you do not fully understand the restrictions, or cannot follow MSDS directions strictly, do not use this product. This volatile product is flammable. Keep this product away from flame or fire. Smoking is strictly prohibited in working area. Keep working area ventilated during application to make sure solvent vapor content is low in the air. PPE is necessary to avoid this product contacting with eyes or skin. More detailed safety tips are based on practical situation.

Please handle used paint barrel correctly to avoid any pollution.

Storage:

Store this product in shady, dry, and ventilated warehouse. The shelf life is 12 months at room temperature. If exceeding shelf life, the products shall be tested before using.
