PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This product is a two-component coating composed of high elastic special rubber, modified resin, high quality pigment and filler, auxiliary agent, cross-linking agent etc. Meanwhile, by solvent volatilization this product can form a continuous, rich elastic, tough and durable protective film. Besides, the coating film has excellent physical and mechanical properties, heat resistance, cold resistance, etc. Furthermore, it can keep its elasticity for a long time when the temperature is between 25℃ and 80℃.

Typical Uses:

This product can be used for the surface of cement mortar, concrete, asbestos cement board, etc. Besides, it is especially designed for the maintenance and protection of internal and external walls with cracks.

Application Guide

● Mixing:

Use the power mixer to mix the main paint evenly, and then as you stir it, you add the hardener until you get to mix well.

● Mixing Ratio:

Part A: Part B= 5:1 (by weight)

● Thinner:

Elastic exterior wall coating special thinner

● Airless spray:

Nozzle tip: 0.017~0.023 inches

Spray pressure: 15~18Mpa

Thinner ratio: 0~15% (by weight of paint)

● Brush, Roller:

Recommended

DRYING SCHEDULE

SURFACE TREATMENT

Surface treatment of each base course: the quality of the cement slurry and concrete

base course shall conform to JGJ73-91 ‘code for construction and acceptance of

building decoration engineering’ . The base surface must be clean, dry, firm, free of

grease and other dirt, with a PI value less than 10. For walls with old besmear film, if the film is loose, falling off and pulverized, it should be cleaned up, polished with sandpaper. In case of mildew on the wall, wash it with hot water containing 25% bleach. Leave the washing solution on the surface for 10 minutes. Then rinse the surface thoroughly with clean water. Dry it for 48 hours before applying. The surface and gap should be fixed with the company's construction paint special putty. The treated wall should be constructed as soon as it is dried, so as to avoid re-pollution.

APPLICATION

Application conditions: Substrate temperature shall be 3 ℃ higher than dew point with relative humidity below 85%. Measurement of temperature and humidity should be conducted close to substrate.

With low VOC volatilization, this coating is waterborne, safe and environmental friendly. Specific security measures depend on the construction and working environment. Please handle used paint barrel correctly to avoid any pollution.

Storage:

Store this product in shady, dry, and ventilated warehouse. The shelf life is 12 months at room temperature. If exceeding shelf life, the products shall be tested before using.
