    Organic Silicone High Temperature Anti-corrosive Finish Paint 7

    The two-component paint is mainly based on organic silicon resin, special temperature-resistant and corrosion-resistant pigment and curing agent. It can be used as primer and topcoat. Moreover, this product has excellent resistance to heat, corrosion, oxidation and high temperature. This paint can withstand from 100 ℃ to 1000℃ for a long time.

    Typical Uses:

    This product is widely used for high temperature mark coating such as metallurgical, petroleum , chemical , aviation industry and etc.

    Application Guide

    ● Mixing:

    Use the power mixer to mix the main paint evenly, and then as you stir it, you add the hardener until you get to mix well. Generally, if the temperature below 10 ℃, it needs 30 min induction time; if the temperature over 10℃, it needs 15 min induction time.

    ● Mixing Ratio:

    Part A: Part B= 20:2 (by weight)

    ● Thinner:

    High temperature resistance exclusive thinner

    ● Airless Spray:

    Nozzle tip: 0.017~0.023 inches

    Spray pressure: 15~18 MPa.

    Thinner ratio: 0~15% (by weight of paint).

    ● Brush, Roller:

    Recommended.

    Must achieve required thickness.

    SURFACE TREATMENT

    All surface to be coated shall be clean and dry. The surface shall be evaluated and treated according to ISO8504 standard.

    Steel: Sanding to Sa2.5 (ISO8501-1:2007). It is acceptable to polish by power tools to meet at least St2.0(ISO8501-1:2007).

    Steel painted workshop primer: clean, dry and approved workshop primer.

    Surface painted coatings: apply only to clean, dry and good compatible primer.

    APPLICATION

    Application conditions: Substrate temperature shall be at 3℃ higher than dew point, relative humidity less than 85%. Measurement of temperature and humidity should be close to substrate.

    Epoxy Mica Iron Oxide Intermediate Paint : 2*50µm (dry film thickness)

    Acrylic Polyurethane Finish : 2*40µm (dry film thickness)

    Please refer to MSDS before using this product. If you do not fully understand the restrictions, or cannot follow MSDS directions strictly, do not use this product. This volatile product is flammable. Keep this product away from flame or fire. Smoking is strictly prohibited in working area. Keep working area ventilated during application to make sure solvent vapor content is low in the air. PPE is necessary to avoid this product contacting with eyes or skin. More detailed safety tips are based on practical situation.

    Please handle used paint barrel correctly to avoid any pollution.

    Storage:

    Store this product in shady, dry, and ventilated warehouse. The shelf life is 12 months at room temperature. If exceeding shelf life, the products shall be tested before using.
