Airless spray	According to the decoration requirements, the construction process can be divided into monochrome main coating construction and composite main coating construction. For monochrome main coating construction, if full spraying and spot spraying methods are combined, special double headed or three headed spray guns should be adopted. For composite main coating construction, special double headed or three headed spray gun can also be applied. Different diameters of nozzles and inlet pressure of hoppers should be selected according to the matched colors.

Substrate temperature shall be at 3 ℃ higher than dew point, relative humidity less than 85%. Measurement of temperature and humidity should be close to substrate.
