PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This one-component product is composed of waterborne acrylic resin, water, pigments with great weather and corrosion resistance. Taking water as the dispersing media, this environmental friendly paint is nonflammable and nonexplosive. Meanwhile, no toxic substances are produced in the application process. Furthermore, this low VOC paint, compatible to most waterborne and oil primer, has excellent performance of water-resistance, sagging-resistance, weather resistance and rust-resistance. On top of that, its compact film is provided with strong resistance to water, moist heat, high hardness, corrosion, aging and ultraviolet.

Typical Uses:

Assorting with epoxy primer, this product is typically designed as the anti-corrosive finish for bridges, containers, etc. Besides, it is used for various metal surface of light industrial products, electromechanical products, instruments, etc.

Mixing	Ready to use
Thinner	Clean water
Thinner ratio	Add 10% water by weight of paint, or make adjustment according to specific condition but maximum should not exceed 20%.
Airless spray	Nozzle tip: 0.017~0.023 inches Spray pressure: 15~18Mpa
Spray viscosity	60-80 secs.
Brush viscosity	70-100 secs. (viscosity cup 4, 23±2℃)
Brush, Roller	Use soft wool brush or roller. Recommended Must achieve required thickness.

PRODUCT APPLICATION

The metal substrate treatment will directly affect the final appearance and protective performance of the coating;It must be coated as soon as possible after the surface treatment. Re-coating can be carried out after the film is dry to touch;Substrate temperature shall be higher than 5 ℃ with relative humidity over 80%;Store this product in shady and ventilated warehouses with temperature ranging from 5℃~40℃. The shelf life is 12 months.
