PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The two-component paint is mainly based on vinyl resin and glass flake. The main advantages of this product are excellent resistance to heat, gas permeability and solvent.

Typical Uses:

This product is widely used for flue gas desulfurization plant, drainage treatment device and flue in power station. Moreover, it is often used for cover recovery device, carbon protection desulfurization device and pickling device in steel supply plant.

Application Guide

● Mixing:

Add white water and stir well, then add blue water and stir. Do not add blue water and white water at the same time to avoid causing combustion.

● Mixing Ratio:

Part A: Part B= 20:0.4:0.4(by weight)

● Thinner:

Exclusive thinner. Suggest add trace or not to add

● Batch of brush :

Recommended because the glass flakes are rough.

Make it into uniform flat putty film, wait for its surface to dry, and then use the ceramic drum (after using toluene wet) back and forth pressure rolling, so that the glass scales are flat and dense fish scale lap structure (scale trend aligned).

SURFACE TREATMENT

All surface to be coated shall be clean and dry. The surface shall be evaluated and treated according to ISO8504 standard.

Steel: Sanding to Sa2.5 (ISO8501-1:2007). It is acceptable to polish by power tools to meet at least St2.0(ISO8501-1:2007).

Steel painted workshop primer: clean, dry and approved workshop primer.

Surface painted coatings: apply only to clean, dry and good compatible primer.

APPLICATION

Application conditions: Substrate temperature shall be at 3℃ higher than dew point, relative humidity less than 85%. Measurement of temperature and humidity should be close to substrate.

SAFETY AND HEALTH

Please refer to MSDS before using this product. If you do not fully understand the restrictions, or cannot follow MSDS directions strictly, do not use this product. This volatile product is flammable. Keep this product away from flame or fire. Smoking is strictly prohibited in working area. Keep working area ventilated during application to make sure solvent vapor content is low in the air. PPE is necessary to avoid this product contacting with eyes or skin. More detailed safety tips are based on practical situation.

Please handle used paint barrel correctly to avoid any pollution.

Storage:

Store this product in shady, dry, and ventilated warehouse. The shelf life is 6 months at room temperature. If exceeding shelf life, the products shall be tested before using.
