The product is a single component coating composed of the inorganic high temperature resin, the special temperature resistance corrosion pigment, the filler, the additive, etc. Meanwhile, the paint film coating is fadeless, uvioresistant, non-powder and waterproof. Besides, the high temperature spray paint is also called high temperature label paint.

Typical Uses:

This product is designed for high temperature environment and for all kinds of steel with automatic high temperature spray machine. Meanwhile, the coating is suitable for the cast iron, profile, plate, coil, etc.

Metal substrate must remove rust, grease, ensure the surface is clean.

Power tool grinding, but at least reach St2 (iso8501-1:2007).

APPLICATION

Application conditions: Substrate temperature shall be 3 ℃ higher than dew point with relative humidity below 85%. Measurement of temperature and humidity should be conducted close to substrate.

This volatile product is flammable. Keep this product away from flame or fire. Smoking is strictly prohibited in working area. Keep working area ventilated during application to make sure solvent vapor content is low in the air. PPE is necessary to avoid this product contacting with eyes or skin. More detailed safety tips are based on practical situation.

Please handle used paint barrel correctly to avoid any pollution.

Storage:

Store this product in shady, dry, and ventilated warehouse away from fire and heat. The shelf life is 12 months at room temperature.
