IMS Teaches You Cement Floor Paint Construction

cement floor paint. Here, IMS teaches you the construction method of cement floor paint.
The treatment of floor surface:
(1) The newly completed industrial ground must undergo certain maintenance before construction, about 28 days.
(2) Removing the cement floating slurry, old paint and adhered garbage on the surface.
(3) Thoroughly removing the surface of the oil, with oil king cleaning agent treatment.
(4) Remove water, and make the tide thoroughly dry.
(5) Clean the surface with dust-free cleaner and large vacuum cleaner to complete.
(6) The smooth surface allows a void of 2 ~ 2.5mm, a moisture content below 6%, and a pH value of 6 ~ 80.
(7) The wool of the ground needs to be finished by dust-free grinding machine and thoroughly cleaned by vacuum cleaner.
Painting the floor surface:
(1) after the middle layer is dry, the surface coating is carried out. The coating method is batch scraping and high pressure airless spraying, but high pressure airless spraying is appropriate.
(2) before coating, the middle layer should be polished and vacuumed with sandbag dust-free rolling sander.
(3) If Party A first conducts equipment installation and debugging after the intermediate layer is dried, causing new defects on the ground, it shall apply batch scraping material leveling and grinding, and then vacuum and clean the surface layer.
