PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This ambient curing two components paint is composed of organosilicon resin, special heat-resistant and anti-corrosive pigments, fillers, additives and curing agent, etc. This paint film has excellent resistance to heat, rapid temperature change, long-term high temperature up to 1200 ^oC. Meanwhile, it has strong excellent resistance to corrosion, oxidation, chemical atmosphere, aging and water, etc. Slightly color change is allowed in case of long-term high temperature.

PRODUCT APPLICATION GUIDE

Mixing	Use the power mixer to mix the main paint evenly, and then as you stir it, you add the hardener until you to mix the paint well. The mixture is cured 30minutes no less than 10℃ while15 minutes over 10 ℃.
Mixing Ratio	Part A: Part B= 20:2 (by weight)
Thinner	Exclusive thinner for Inorganic Heat-resistant Paint
Airless spray	Nozzle tip：0.017~0.023inch Spray pressure：15~18MPa Thinner ratio：5~15% (by weight of paint)
Brush、Roller	Recommended for small areas only. Must achieve required thickness.
Roller coater	Not recommended.
