PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This product is composed of the imported elastic acrylic copolymer emulsion, pigments, fillers and various auxiliaries. It has the main advantages of great elasticity and strong adhesion. Besides, this product is resistant to water, alkali and weather. What’s more, it is waterproof, mildew proof, simple and nontoxic.

Typical Uses:

This product is typically used to fix the fissures and connect interface on inner or outer walls and ceilings made of various materials such as concrete, plasterboard, cement, etc.

SURFACE TREATMENT

The quality of the water slurry and concrete base to be painted shall conform to JGJ73-91 Code for Construction and Evaluation of Building Decoration. The surface of the base must be clean, dry and firm, free from oil or other dirt with its PI value less than 10. If there is remaining coating on the wall, the loose, peeling and powdered parts should be removed and polished with sandpaper. If there is mildew, wash it with hot water adding 25% bleaching agent, keep the water on the surface for 10min, then wash it thoroughly with clear water, dry it for 48 hours before painting. The pitted surface and gap shall be repaired with our exclusive putty for architectural paint. The treated wall shall be painted as soon as possible to avoid re-pollution.

APPLICATION

Application conditions: Substrate temperature shall be at 3℃ higher than dew point, relative humidity less than 85%. Measurement of temperature and humidity should be close to substrate.

SAFETY AND HEALTH

Please refer to MSDS before using this product. If you do not fully understand the restrictions, or cannot follow MSDS directions strictly, do not use this product. This product, as a waterborne paint, has low VOC volatilization. Therefore is environmental friendly and safe to use. PPE is necessary to avoid this product contacting with eyes or skin. More detailed safety tips are based on practical situation.

Please handle used paint barrel correctly to avoid any pollution.

Storage:

Store this product in shady, dry, and ventilated warehouse away from heat. The shelf life is 3 months at room temperature. If exceeding shelf life, the products shall be tested before using.
